starting at a small car park just after a cattle grid, you have a type on track for around 10.4 miles to the lochin, bothy is around 8 miles in, lots of accents and descents on loose wile on track but all fairly simple. One bridge near start just after barn don't take turn to barn bridge is just after this junction. At cross junction turn left. Follow to bothy where just after you can go right for T junction or follow left for the circuits route. Simple hills, lots of bog in wet days however.
