Customer Disclosure and Liability Waiver for Guided Hike

By booking this guided hike, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that outdoor activities such as hiking involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, physical exertion, wildlife encounters, and other unforeseeable natural hazards. You voluntarily choose to participate in this guided hike and accept full responsibility for your own actions, choices, and safety throughout.

2. Scope of Guidance
You agree to follow the instructions and route guidance provided by your guide. Should you choose to leave the designated route, ignore guidance, or engage in any activity outside the scope of the planned and communicated itinerary, you do so entirely at your own risk.

3. Liability and Insurance
You understand and accept that any actions taken outside the scope of the guide’s instructions are not covered by the guide’s insurance or liability. The guide shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from actions taken independently or against guidance given.

4. Medical Conditions and Allergies
You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in this hike. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, food allergies, or intolerances at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate information may increase your risk and limit the ability of the guide to respond appropriately in an emergency.

5. Emergency Protocols
In the event of an emergency, you consent to basic first aid being administered where appropriate and understand that professional medical help may not be immediately available due to the nature of the location.

6. Participant Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclosure and liability waiver in full.
